Can I Exchange an Order?

RPM Power Exchange Policy

You can return items bought from RPM Power within 30 days of receipt of purchase for any reason. If you would prefer to exchange your purchased item for another item, you can return the product to us (please see our returns policy) or drop it into the RPM Power Store.

Once the original product is returned to us in merchantable condition, we will be able to send out your preferred product. If your preferred product is:

• lower in price than the original item ordered - we will refund you the difference (minus any shipping costs occured); provide you with a store credit value (again, minus any original shipping costs incurred by us); or include another item with your order to the value of the difference in price.
• higher in price than the original item ordered - we can send you a payment link for the difference in price owed. Once we have received payment, we will be able to dispatch your second order.
