How Do I Return My Order?

RPM Power Return Policy

You can return items bought from RPM Power within 30 days of receipt of purchase for any reason.

Items should be returned to the address printed on your purchase invoice and must be in their original packaging, unused and good merchantable condition. 

Once your return has been received by RPM Power, provided that above conditions have been met, a refund, less the original shipping cost incurred (if any), will be issued.

RPM Power reserve the right not to accept returns where items are not in their original packaging. Should RPM Power, at their discretion, accept a return where products are not in their original packaging, the item(s) will be considered second-hand quality and a deduction of 20-25% will be applied per item to reflect the resalable value.

It is the recommendation of RPM Power that any such product which is returned for a refund should be sent via a tracked delivery service. RPM Power do not to accept liability for any packages which are lost in transit in the returns process.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the items to us.
