At RPM Power, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to cancel an order or return a product, the following policy explains your options and how refunds are processed.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders Not Yet Dispatched
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by opening a support ticket or speaking with a member of our team by phone. We prioritise cancellation requests and will make every effort to process them before dispatch.
Please note: An order is considered "not yet dispatched" only while it remains physically in the RPM Power warehouse. Orders that have already been handed over to our courier partners are considered dispatched.
- Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, but has not yet been delivered, a refund may still be available. In these cases:The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
RPM Power will contact the courier to determine whether the shipment can be intercepted and returned directly to us.
Any courier charges incurred in returning the shipment may also be deducted from the refund.
- Orders Out for Delivery
If an order is already out for delivery and cannot be recalled by the courier, we ask that you refuse delivery. Refused deliveries will automatically be returned to RPM Power. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed for the value of the order less any shipping fees origainlly charged or incurred.
- Orders Already Delivered
If you have already received your order and wish to return it, the item must be sent back to RPM Power. You can ship this to our address (below) directly; drop the order to our Showroom; or RPM Power can assist in arranging courier collection for a pre-agreed fee. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and confirmed to meet our return criteria. Any shipping, collection, or return costs incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Returns
Change of Mind Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided the products meet the return criteria outlined below.
Return Criteria
To qualify for a refund, returned items must:
Be in their original condition, as delivered.
Be returned in their original packaging, as delivered.
Show no signs of wear, damage, installation or use.
If opened for inspection or testing, remain in a condition suitable for resale as new.
Note: RPM Power reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund where returned items do not meet these criteria. Should RPM Power, at their discretion, accept a return where products are not in their original packaging, the item(s) will be considered second-hand quality and a deduction of 20-25% will be applied per item to reflect the resalable value.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to RPM Power. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning goods. RPM Power cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our team.
If requested, RPM Power can arrange collection of returned goods. Collection charges are determined by our courier partners and vary depending on the size, weight and location of the shipment. Any collection costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
How to Return an Item
- Package your item securely: Please ensure the product is securely packaged using either the original outer packaging it was delivered in or similar protective packaging that will prevent damage during transit.
- Include your order details: Clearly mark the package with your original order number and return it to:

Ireland Send the return: You may return the item using your preferred postal or courier service. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as RPM Power cannot accept responsibility for items until they have been received by our team.
Collection service available: If you would prefer, RPM Power can arrange collection of the item on your behalf for a pre-agreed fee. Please contact our support team to organise this service.
Drop off in person: Alternatively, you may return your order directly to our showroom in Thurles during opening hours.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the RPM Power team. Inspection and refund approval typically take 1–3 business days following receipt of the returned item, depending on the size and complexity of the product.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 bsuiness days for a refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Additional Return & Refund Conditions
RPM Power reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has been received if stock is unavailable or if the product does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
RPM Power does not accept returns, exchanges or warranty claims for products purchased through private sales or unauthorised third parties. Aftersales support is available only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from RPM Power or an authorised retailer.
Any product damage, shortages or discrepancies must be reported to RPM Power within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may impact your refund.
