How do I Cancel My Order?

Cancelling an Order: 

Before getting in touch with us regarding an order cancellation, please read our article on what you need to consider when cancelling an order.



  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. Please open a support ticket with us and state that it is regarding a cancellation in the subject line. Alternatively, you can call our office directly on +353 504 23969 and we will cancel it for you.
  • If your order has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered, it may be the case that you will have to refuse the order on delivery. In any case, please open a support ticket with us, again putting "cancellation" in the subject line. This will ensure we know to expect the returned product and we can let the courier know about the cancellation if needs be.
  • If your order has been delivered and you wish to cancel it, please see our returns policy here.

    IMPORTANT: Please include your order number and the name the order was made under in all correspondence with us. This will ensure we can cancel your order as soon as possible.
