How do I Cancel My Order?

Cancelling an Order: 

Before getting in touch with us regarding an order cancellation, please read our article on what you need to consider when cancelling an order.

• If your order has already been dispatched, it may be possible for the courier to return the package to us before delivery. Please call us on the above numbers as soon as possible, so that we can contact the courier in a timely manner.
• If your order is already out for delivery it will be too late for us to cancel it. In this case you will have to refuse the order on delivery. The package will then be returned to us and you will be refunded once we have received it.
