When making an order online, choose the 'Click and Collect' option at the checkout if you wish to pick up your order from our store in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification (usually within 1-2 business days) letting you know that your order is ready for collection.
Our Click and Collect policy is as follows:
- Please collect your order within two weeks of purchase. If you've forgotten to pick up your order within this period - don't worry. We will usually get in touch to remind you of collection. If you do not collect your order within 1-2 day of this reminder call however, we may have to cancel and refund your order.
- For larger orders i.e. racks, exercise machines or products bundles, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance when you are planning to collect your order. This gives us time to move your order to the "Click and Collect" area for easy pick up and loading.
- Collections can be made during our store opening hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm or Saturday 10-4pm. Please note that the rpm power store is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- Collection on a Saturday: Should you wish to collect an order on Saturday please let us know before 2pm on the Friday before. Our larger warehouse facility is closed on Saturdays and so we may not be able to retrieve your order for you, especially if it is a larger item. If we have not been given prior notice of a Saturday collection and we do not have your item in stock, you may be asked to pick it up at a later date or alternatively, pay any shipping fees incurred.
