Click & Collects

Customers who wish to collect their order from our store in Thurles, Co. Tipperary should select the “Click & Collect” option during checkout.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification confirming that it is available for pickup.

Please allow the following estimated preparation times:

• Small orders: 3 to 5 business days

• Large or bulky items: 3 to 7 business days

Preparation times may vary during peak periods or due to stock availability.

Collection Terms & Conditions

• Orders should be collected within 14 days of the date of purchase. If an order has not been collected within this timeframe, we may contact you to arrange collection. If the order remains uncollected within 1 to 2 days of our reminder, RPM Power reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.

• For larger orders, including but not limited to multi gyms, power racks, gym flooring, exercise machines, treadmills, large cardio equipment, product bundles, or bulk quantities of smaller items, customers are requested to notify us in advance of their intended collection date after receiving your Ready for Pick-Up email notification. This allows sufficient time for the order to be prepared and transferred to the designated Click & Collect area for convenient loading and collection.

• Where prior notice has not been provided (i.e Ready for Pick-Up email notification has not been received), customers will be asked to return on an alternative date.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable transportation for the collection of their order. RPM Power reserves the right to refuse collection where a vehicle is deemed unsuitable or where loading may present a health and safety risk.

Collection Hours

Orders may be collected during the following opening hours:

Monday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Tuesday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Wednesday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

**Saturday: 10:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday: Closed

Please note that we are also closed on public holidays.

**Saturday Collections

Customers wishing to collect an order on a Saturday must notify us in advance. Please be advised that our larger warehouse facility is closed on Saturdays, and certain items, particularly larger items such as multi-gyms, may not be immediately accessible for collection.
