RPM Power Terms & Conditions

If you make a purchase through any of the RPM Power websites, in the RPM Power Store or over the phone/via email with an RPM Power team member, then you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below.

Order Fulfilment:   

  • Items under 40kg or below certain dimension criteria are typically delivered via GLS or Fed-Ex tracked courier service.  
  • Items over 40kg or above certain dimensions criteria will be delivered via untracked, curb-side pallet delivery. For more information on pallet deliveries, see here. 
  • RPM Power cannot guarantee that stock will be held for any customers, irrespective of whether the order has been paid for or not. 
  • RPM Power reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for delivery whereby shipping costs are significantly higher than standard rates. Should the customer request delivery regardless of the increased cost, the customer will be asked to incur the additional fee. RPM Power reserve the right to determine what level of increase to standard shipping rates constitutes the need to cancel and refund orders.

Delivery and Installation:   

  • Install dates will not be confirmed or scheduled until payment has been received in full.  
  • Upon RPM Power’s completion of equipment installation, an inspection will be conducted to ensure proper functionality of the equipment. Customers are expected to confirm satisfaction with the installation via the online form provided by one of our team members on-site. 
  • It is RPM Power’s strong recommendation that all gym equipment be installed on the ground floor. Should the customer request an install and/or self-assemble on another floor level, RPM Power suggests that a structural engineer is consulted prior – this is the responsibility of the customer. RPM Power does not accept any liability for structural implications and/or damages that are caused by the installation of equipment on any floor above ground level.
  • Should a customer require additional assistance after the installation/delivery process has been completed, a call-out fee will be applicable based on the task required and location. 
  • Should a customer require additional assistance from RPM Power’s installation team when self-assembling a product, a phone call/ video call will be arranged as an initial step. If necessary, a call out may be required. In such circumstances, a call-out fee will be applicable and is determined by the task at hand and location of the customer. In cases where a manufacturing fault is discovered with the product, this fee will be refunded to the customer. 

Product Warranty and Repairs:   

  • RPM Power offers a back-to-base warranty on all products, i.e. the warranty duration of each product is specified under its individual product listing, as it may differ between items.  
  • Using non-commercial-graded products (i.e. home-use equipment*) in commercial settings will result in a null and void warranty.
  • Modifying items without consulting RPM Power in advance will null and void the product warranty.
  • Ongoing maintenance services are not provided by RPM Power. Customers are responsible for scheduling and performing regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment performance and longevity. Recommended product maintenance guidelines are outlined in product manuals and on our website.
  • RPM Power has the right to refuse warranty claims for equipment damages or malfunctions due to lack of customer maintenance and/or due care. Furthermore, RPM Power has the right to determine what constitutes acceptable** due care, and whether this has been met or not. This is based on a visual inspection by a member of our team.  
  • Should an item require repair and a lack of due care and/or maintenance is evident, a repair fee will apply based on the task required.  
  • RPM Power reserves the right to refuse warranty claims in circumstances where slight cosmetic blemishes are apparent on a product. The cosmetic blemishes in question should not compromise the functionality of the product. RPM Power cannot offer compensation and/or exchanges for items that show any signs of slight scratches, marks, or other light cosmetic damages. RPM Power retains the right to determine what constitutes light cosmetic damage on a product.

*The distinction between ‘home use’ and ‘commercial use’ products is outlined in the product specification section of each individual product and/or is evident from the category page in which the product in question can be found. 

**Unacceptable levels of care include, but are not limited to product rusting, visible prolonged uncleanliness, overloading on product maximum capacities, disregard for product specifications, overuse on replaceable parts (e.g. cables). 

Product Returns:  

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of product receipt, provided the item remains unused, in its original packaging and is in good merchantable condition***.
  • RPM Power reserve the right not to accept returns where items are not in their original packaging. Should RPM Power, at their discretion, accept a return where products are not in their original packaging, the item(s) will be considered second-hand quality and a deduction of 20-25% will be applied per item to reflect the resalable value.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should RPM Power arrange a collection on the customers behalf, this cost will be deducted from any refunds issued. 

***RPM Power holds the right to determine if a product is in good merchantable quality based on a product inspection. 

Cancelling an Order: 

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. This is under the condition that you notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can prevent the order from leaving our warehouse. 
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched but has not not yet been delivered, in most cases you can still cancel your order and receive a refund less the shipping cost. Here we will try to get in touch with the courier directly ourselves, however, it may be the case that you will have to refuse the order on delivery.

Liability:   

  • RPM Power bears no liability for injuries or damages that occur as a result of using our fitness equipment. Customers are urged to adhere to instruction manuals, manufacturer guidelines and to seek guidance where necessary.   
  • RPM Power further disclaims liability for any injuries that may occur during the equipment installation process where applicable. 
  • RPM Power assumes no liability for equipment damages or malfunctions due to lack of customer maintenance and/or due care.

RPM Power accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer  
  • Cheque  
  • Klarna Payments* (UK only) 

    *Transactions exceeding a certain amount via Klarna may be subject to additional fees determined by Klarna rates.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:  

  • RPM Power reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated.
