Every RPM Power product comes with a warranty. Warranty coverage varies from product to product and can be affected by whether you use a product for home or commercial purposes.
RPM Power provides a back-to-base warranty on all products. This means that if a service or repair is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to RPM Power. All shipping and/or collection fees assocated with the return will be incurred by the customer.
The duration of the warranty for each product is outlined on its individual product listing, as warranty periods may vary between items.
Warranties are specified on our warranty terms page or in the individual "Warranty" sections on each product page in the RPM Power Store.
RPM Power does not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for products purchased through third parties or private sales; all aftersales support is strictly limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from RPM Power or an authorised retailer
