If you’ve purchased a product from RPM Power and something isn’t working quite right, we’re here to help. While we pride ourselves on quality, occasional issues may arise due to manufacturing defects, assembly errors or general wear and tear over time.

If your product is still within its warranty period, please read our Warranty Terms and Conditions for more information.

If your product is not covered under warranty, then there are a number of options you can choose from to get your product up and running again:

PRODUCT SPARE/REPLACEMENT PARTS

RPM Power offer a number of spare or replacement parts for the majority of products in our range. If you cannot find the spare part you require listed on our spare parts category page, then please reach out to us with details (ideally photos/video if possible) and we will try our best to help you source the part. We offer a number of spare parts that are not listed on our website and can provide these to you at a low cost.

If you are not sure of the exact part(s) you require, please reach out to us with details and our Technicians will advise you. Please note that costs vary by product/part. Most parts are available from stock, excluding parts for discontinued items which may not be available or may take several weeks to source.

IN-HOUSE PRODUCT REPAIR

If your product issue cannot be solved with replacement parts, then it is likely that a full repair is required. This can be completed by our Technicians at a cost. We offer the following Repairs Services:

  1. Initial Repair Inspection–In-House:
Drop or ship your product to our headquarters (Tipperary, Ireland) for a full inspection. For a small processing fee (approx. €10), RPM Power can assist you with courier collection of the item from your premises where possible. Initial Repair Inspections cost approx. €30 depending on the item – you will be advised of the exact cost in advance and this is redeemable against a Full Repair should you choose to go ahead with one. Upon inspection, we’ll provide a full diagnosis and a quote for any required repairs.

  1. Full Repair–In-House:
You can choose to proceed with a Full Repair with or without an initial inspection. Cost depends on the product and the extent of the issue. While we can give a cost estimate in advance, unforeseen issues may increase the final cost. We recommend starting with the initial inspection, which will reduce the likelihood of unforeseen issues arising.

  1. Full Repair–On-Site (Call Out):
You also have the option of call-out repair. This consists of a a RPM Power Technician travelling to your premises to inspect and repair the product on-site. The cost of an on-site repair will depend on the product, the extent of the issue and your location. While we can give a cost estimate in advance, unforeseen issues may increase the final cost. A pre-agreed security deposit charge may be held in case of unforeseen issues. Please note: On-site repairs are currently only available to customers based in the Republic of Ireland.
