Commercial Sales: Terms & Conditions

If you plan to use our fitness equipment for commercial purposes and make a purchase through any of the RPM Power websites, in the RPM Power Store or over the phone/via email with an RPM Power team member, then you are accepting the commercial terms and conditions outlined below in addition to our general sales terms and conditions.

Order Fulfilment:   

  • A 30% deposit can be paid on commercial orders to secure the quotation price and stock quantities, with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior to dispatch/install. This deposit is fully refundable for 30 days* starting from when RPM Power receives the deposit payment amount. After this date, deposits are 50% refundable and stock quantities can no longer be guaranteed.  


*The 30-day period can be extended if you are waiting on financial aids such as grants, provided that proof of financial approval can be demonstrated.  

Delivery and Installs:   

  • RPM Power strives to find a suitable installation date as quickly as possible for each customer. Confirmation of an installation date is contingent upon payment of the deposit. 
  • If you plan on working with a third-party installation team, we would ask you not to book this in advance of receiving a delivery confirmation date from us. While cannot always guarantee exact delivery dates, we will generally work with our courier partners to give you an exact delivery timeframe as early as we can.
  • Please read carefully our article on pallet deliveries. If you have purchased a large number of items or simply just a large/heavy single item, then it will mostly likely be dispatched via pallet.

Product Warranty:   

  • RPM Power offer a 1-year commercial warranty on all commercial products.  
  • Using non-commercial-graded products i.e. home-use equipment** in a commercial setting will result a null and void warranty
  • Modifying items without consulting RPM Power in advance will also null and void the product warranty.  

**The distinction between ‘home use’ and ‘commercial use’ products is outlined in the product specification section of each individual product and/or is evident from the category page in which the product in question can be found. 

Returns and Exchanges:   

  • Commercial products can be exchanged or returned for the original payment amount (excluding shipping/return costs) within 14 days of product receipt, provided the item(s) remains unused and in it's original packaging (if such packaging was provided).
  • RPM Power reserve the right not to accept returns where items are not in their original packaging. Should RPM Power, at their discretion, accept a return where products are not in their original packaging, the item(s) will be considered second-hand quality and a deduction of 20-25% will be applied per item to reflect the resalable value.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should RPM Power arrange a collection on the customer's behalf, this cost will be deducted from any refunds issued. 
  • In cases where the 14-day return window has elapsed, commercial products can be exchanged or returned for store credit to the value of the original amount paid (excluding shipping/return costs) within 30 days of product receipt, provided that the above stipulations have been met. 

Liability:   

  • RPM Power bears no liability for injuries or damages that occur as a result of using our fitness equipment. Customers are urged to adhere to instruction manuals, manufacturer guidelines and to seek guidance where necessary.  
  • RPM Power further disclaims liability for any injuries or damage occurring during the equipment installation process. 
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any persons using RPM Power fitness equipment purchased from us is informed on the safety risks associated with using the equipment.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that regular and correct maintenance is carried out on the RPM Power fitness equipment purchased so as to always ensure safe use and functionality for any user.

Service Agreement:   

  • Should RPM Power carry out an equipment installation service for you, an inspection will be conducted to ensure proper functionality of the equipment after set-up is complete. Customers are expected to confirm satisfaction with an installation via the online form provided by one of our team members on-site.  
  • Ongoing maintenance services are not provided by RPM Power. Customers are responsible for scheduling and performing regular maintenance procedures to ensure equipment performance and longevity. Recommended product maintenance guidelines are outlined in product manuals and on our website.
  • RPM Power assumes no liability for equipment damages or malfunctions due to lack of customer maintenance and/or due care.  
  • Should a customer require additional assistance after the installation/delivery process has been completed, a call-out fee will be applicable based on the task and location.  

Payment:  

RPM Power accepts the following methods of payment:  

  • Visa Debit/Credit 
  • Mastercard 
  • American Express
  • Discover Card
  • Paypal
  • Bank Transfer  
  • Cheque  
  • Klarna Payments* (UK only) 

    *Transactions exceeding a certain amount via Klarna may be subject to additional fees determined by Klarna rates.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:  

RPM Power reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated.
