How Do I Track my Order?

General orders:

All small- and medium-sized RPM Power orders are sent via tracked parcel delivery with our couriers GLS or Fed-Ex (location depending). 

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will recieve an email with your parcel tracking details. We ask you to please check your spam folder if you do not recieve an email upon dispatch.

Orders sent by courier can simply be tracked on the respective courier website:

GLS: https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/parcel-tracking/

Fed-Ex: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html

Large orders:

All larger product orders (typically racks, exercise machines, large cardio machines, gym flooring, etc) are usually dispatched via pallet delivery. 

Pallet delivery times are usually 1-3 days after dispatch and although these types of deliveries are untracked, we keep in close contact with our couriers and can provide you with a detailed update should you require it. The delivery driver may also call you up to an hour before delivery to ensure you are home.
