How Do I Track my Order?

General orders:

All small- and medium-sized RPM Power orders are sent via tracked parcel delivery with our couriers GLS or Fed-Ex (location depending). 

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking details. We ask you to please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email upon dispatch.

Orders sent by courier can simply be tracked on the respective courier website using the tracking number provided to you:

Fed-Ex: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html

Large orders:

All larger product orders (typically multi-gyms, exercise machines, large cardio machines, gym flooring, etc) are usually dispatched via the pallet network.


Pallet delivery times can vary based on your location. Please see more on our estimated delivery times hereAlthough these types of deliveries are untracked, we keep in close contact with our couriers and can provide you with a detailed update should you require it. The delivery driver may also call you up to an hour before delivery to ensure you are home.
