Can I Get a Refund?

RPM Power Refund Policy

You can receive a refund for your order in the following cases:

• Cancelled orders for which payments have already been received will be refunded:

                i) in full – if your order has not been dispatched.

                ii) less the original shipping cost – if your order has already been dispatched.

• In the case where your order has already been dispatched, we ask you to return the item to us unopened and in its original condition. You may also refuse delivery of the order if you have not yet received it. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase costs minus any applicable shipping charges. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the items to us.

• RPM Sports reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet RPM Power standards. Should RPM Power exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
• Any product damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to RPM Sports within 48 hours of receipt of order.
• If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, please open a support ticket with us and ensure to include your order number and the name under which the order was made in the correspondence.
