Why Am I Being Directed to a Website in a Different Country?

Our websites use your IP address to determine the location you are visiting from. Once your IP address is detected, you will be directed automatically to the appropriate site for your region. If you are being directed to a website that is not your country or does not ship to your country please try the following:

  1. Switch to an alternative browser
  2. Change your device location
  3. Check your VPN: Open Settings by pressing Windows + I together, then go to Network & Internet followed by VPN
  4. Set your location inside the browser
  5. Delete your browsing history and/or clear your internet cache.

If these suggestions do not work, please contact us by opening a support ticket and we can manually process an order for you.


Please note, it may be the case that you are on the correct website for your region yet you cannot select your country as a shipping destination. Due to high custom and import duties, some of our products may not be available in all regions and you may be in a country we do not ship to. In this case, we'd ask you to get in touch with us and we will do our best to process an order for you.
