What is a Pre-Order Product?

Pre ordering allows customers to purchase high-demand products before they become available for immediate dispatch.

How our pre-order system works:

  • Select your item: Choose the pre-order product you wish to buy and add it to your cart.
  • Complete your purchase: Secure your item by completing the checkout process in full.
  • Sit back and relax: Enjoy peace of mind knowing you have reserved your pre-order product and it's on the way.
  • Recieve your order dispatch notification: Once your pre-order arrives at the RPM Power Warehouse, it will typically be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning customers who place earlier pre-orders will receive priority dispatch.


Important pre-order information:

  • Pre-order dates listing are estimated: Any date displayed on a pre-order product page, on your order confirmation or anywhere else on the RPM Power website or social media is estimated and subject to change without notice.


  • Delays may ocur: While pre-order dates are usually spot-on, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including restictions around shipping, customs clearance, port congestion, supplier delays, weather, global unrest or other freight disruptions. As a result, pre-order availability dates are estimated and may be postponed.


  • Notification of availability changes: Customers are encouraged to monitor the relevant product listing on our website for the latest updates regarding expected stock arrival dates. While our system will send you an automatic email if estimated availability dates are postponed, keeping an eye on the product page is the most accurate way to stay updated.


  • Dispatching multiple items: Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally be dispatched together once all items are available, i.e. once pre-order items are available. Customers may request separate shipment of available items prior to the arrival of the pre-ordered product and we will do our best to facilitate this. Please note that additional shipping or handling costs associated with split shipments may be charged and will be the responsibility of the customer.
