What is a Pre-Order Product?

Modified on Wed, 9 Oct at 3:46 PM

With pre-orders, you can secure your most-wanted items before they even hit the shelves.

How It Works:

  1. Select your item: Choose a pre-order product you can’t wait to get your hands on and add it to your cart.
  2. Reserve your item: Purchase your pre-order via the checkout page.
  3. Stay updated: We'll send you any relevant updates regarding the release date*, shipment status or any exciting news about your pre-ordered item.
  4. Enjoy your purchase: Your item will typically be dispatched within 1-2 days of the product arriving at the RPM Power warehouse. We ship on a "first-come-first-serve" basis, meaning we will dispatch earlier pre-ordered items first.

*Please note the date listed on any pre-order product is an estimated arrival date only and is subject to change. It can happen that delays occur with shipments arriving by sea freight, which can cause the expected pre-order arrival date to be pushed back. Customers will be notified of such updates via email, however we advise you to keep an eye on the product listing on our website for further updates.

The benefits of pre-ordering with RPM Power:

  1. Guaranteed availability: Never again find yourself disappointment that our most-sought after products have already sold out. Reserve your item ahead of time by pre-ordering.
  2. Lock in discounts: We appreciate your commitment to pre-ordering, and often show it with discounted pre-order pricing. This means you can snag your desired item at a lower price than those who wait for the official release.
  3. Time-Saving convenience: Simply place your order once and your chosen item will be delivered to your doorstep or ready for pickup upon release.
