• Dispatch of your order: Once stock arrives at the RPM Power warehouse, pre orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis, meaning customers who place earlier pre orders will receive priority dispatch.

• Orders containing both in stock and pre order items will generally be dispatched once all items are available. Customers may request separate shipment of available items prior to the arrival of the pre ordered product. Please note that any additional shipping or handling costs associated with split shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
