Why is My Order Delayed?

Your order hasn't arrived when you expected it to?  Don't worry, we can help you get to the bottom of it.


Why has my order not yet been shipped?


We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days (please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays). If you made an order with us and you have not yet received a dispatch notification email, then the following may have occurred:


  • We don't have sufficient delivery details: if we notice that a part of your delivery information is missing, we will generally try to contact you as soon as possible to avoid any delay in dispatching your order. Please check your spam folder or see if you have any missed calls from our Irish number to ensure we didn't try to contact you.


  • We don't have sufficient delivery details: We may have had all of the delivery details, however they may not have been correct. It can happen that a customer may input the wrong delivery address by mistake, for example, a work address rather than a home one. We would please ask you to double check the address specified in your order and ensure it is correct.


  • Your product is out of stock: In the rare case that your order went through around the same time as the product went out of stock, we would not be able to fulfill your order. In this case, we would always try to get in touch with you as soon as possible to notify you of the issue and either offer you a full refund or replacement. Please check your spam folder or see if you have any missed calls from our Irish number to ensure we didn't try to contact you.


  • Your product is on pre-order: You may have purchased a pre-order product which is not yet in stock in our warehouse and which will only be shipped on a pre-specified date. Please see our article on pre-order products for more information.


  • Your order was made manually with a RPM Power team member: Did you place an order with one of our team members over the phone, via email or in person? It could be the case that our colleagues may not have seen your payment come through and therefore did not mark the order as "ready for dispatch". In this case, we would ask you to please get in touch directly with the person you were dealing with so that they can process the order for you.



Why is my order tracking not updating?


Orders sent by courier have their own unique tracking number, which you can use to keep tabs on your expected delivery. You should have received an email with tracking details once your order was dispatched (please check your spam folder if you have yet to receive an email)


Generally, our courier partners will scan your parcel If you are tracking your order on the courier website which will provide you with regular updates and an expected delivery date. If your parcel has not been scanned for a few days then it is possible that there may be an issue with delivery. 


In this case, we would ask you to please get in touch with the courier's customer service directly so that they can provide you with an update. If you cannot get an update from the courier, please open a support ticket with us and we will try our very best to see if we can get an update on your delivery from our side.
