You've order from us but wish to cancel? No problem, please read the steps below carefully and get in touch with us to cancel your order:
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. This is under the condition that you notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can prevent the order from leaving our warehouse.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched but has not yet been delivered, in most cases you can still cancel your order and receive a refund less the shipping cost. Here we will try to get in touch with the courier directly ourselves, however, it may be the case that you will have to refuse the order on delivery.
