My Order Was Delivered but I Have Not Received it?

It is very possible that our courier partner may have delivered your order even though you have not personally received it. 


In this case, we would ask you to confirm the following:


  • Did the courier leave the order outside your house/in your garden?
  • Did the courier leave your order with a neighbour or someone staying at your house?
  • Did the courier leave the order at your local post office?
  • Is there a signature? On the tracking page of the courier website, you can usually find a signature which was recorded upon delivery. Please check whether there is a signature assigned to your order delivery and whether you recognise the name of the person who signed for it.
  • Is there an attempted delivery note? If the courier could not get in touch with you, they may have left a note which states that they attempted delivery. Generally this note will say where the courier left your order or when they will reattempt delivery.



If you have checked all of the above and still have not located your order, then we would ask you to reach out to the courier directly via their customer service line. You can also open a support ticket with us and we will try our best to find out more about your order from our side.
