My Product is Broken?

Did you receive your RPM Power product and discover there was a fault with it?


We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We strive to ensure that all of our products are delivered to our customers with the same high quality that we design them with, however, it can sometimes happen that a product is shipped with a manufacturing issue or it becomes damaged during transit.


In this case, we would ask you to reach out to us by opening a support ticket on our system.


Please let us know in detail the issue you are experiencing with your product and don't forget to include your order number or the name of the person who made the order. Including photos or a video with your message is always helpful for us and will speed up the resolution process. 


Once we receive your information we will aim to get the issue solved for you as soon as we can.
