The Packaging on my Product is Damaged?

Did you receive your RPM Power product and find damage to the packaging?


We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We strive to ensure that all of our products are shipped in durable packaging that protects it from damage on its journey to you. Despite this, it can happen that a product may still incur some damage during the delivery process.


In this case, we would ask you to reach out to us by opening a support ticket on our system.


Please let us know in detail the issue you are experiencing with your product and don't forget to include your order number or the name of the person who made the order. Including photos or a video with your message is always helpful for us and will speed up the resolution process. 


Once we receive your information we will aim to get the issue solved for you as soon as we can.
